This is an intimate small group day session with me in New York City, created for up to ten people who would love to spend focused time together exploring whatever feels most alive, relevant, or useful.

There’s no fixed topic for the day, because the value of a space like this is that we can meet what’s actually there.

It might be business.
It might be life.
It might be anxiety, confidence, relationships, decisions, feeling stuck, or a pattern you keep noticing and can’t quite shift.

We’ll spend the time in conversation, slowing things down and looking at what’s going on through the lens of the Unrestricted Model®. The beauty of a small group is that you not only get to explore what you bring, but you also get to hear what others are seeing too. Often, someone else’s question opens something up in you that you didn’t even realise you needed.

This isn’t about being put on the spot or having to share anything you don’t want to share. It’s a gentle, confidential, intimate space to look, listen, reflect, and see what becomes clearer.

The session will run from 10am–4pm and will include a working lunch together.

The NYC location will be confirmed once your booking is made, but it will be somewhere easily accessible by public transport.
