What if wellbeing isn’t something we have to chase?
What if it isn’t something we earn by healing enough, understanding enough, meditating enough, fixing ourselves enough, or finally getting life to look the way we think it should?
What if wellbeing is something far deeper than that?
In this session, Sarie will gently explore what we mean when we talk about innate wellbeing. Not as a nice idea. Not as something reserved for calm people, spiritual people, “sorted” people, or people with easier lives.
But as something that is already present in every single one of us.
Even when we feel anxious.
Even when we feel low.
Even when life has been hard.
Even when we’ve spent years believing we are somehow the exception.
This month, we’ll look at what “innate” really means, and why our wellbeing is not dependent on our circumstances, our past, our personality, or how we happen to be feeling today.
Because the deeper we begin to see this, the less we need to keep measuring ourselves against an impossible idea of being okay.
There’s nothing to prove here. Nothing to become. Nothing to deserve.
Just a gentle invitation to look towards the wellbeing that has always been underneath the noise.
