All About Neurodivergence and The Three Principles

When it comes to neurodivergence, everyone has their own experience and understanding. Whether you’ve been diagnosed, self-identify, or are just exploring what it all means, this session is a chance to look beyond the labels and into the deeper nature of how we work as human beings.

Many of us notice that when we’re under pressure or overwhelmed, our neurodivergent traits can feel louder or harder to manage. But what if stress isn’t something we just have to put up with — what if understanding how it works could actually ease the load? In this session, we’ll explore how a deeper understanding of the mind can help us feel more grounded and settled, no matter what’s going on around us. This isn’t about fixing or changing who you are — it’s about seeing what's already strong, wise, and steady underneath it all.
