Watch Party with Sarie - Join Sarie in the comments of the video from 8pm, Wednesday 15th April.
This session isn’t about forcing positivity, keeping a gratitude journal, or telling yourself to feel thankful when life feels hard. Instead, we’ll explore how gratitude tends to emerge naturally when the mind settles and we’re no longer caught up in habitual, stressful thinking.
Sarie shares honestly from her own experience of how gratitude has come and gone over the years – and why its absence never meant something was broken or missing. From this understanding, gratitude isn’t something we manufacture or maintain. It’s something we notice.
When thinking softens, appreciation often rises quietly on its own. For small moments. For connection. For simply being here, alive, right now – just as things are. This session invites a gentler, more forgiving relationship with gratitude, one that doesn’t depend on life looking a certain way first.
