Watch Party with Sarie - Join Sarie in the comments of the video from 8pm, Wednesday 16th December
The end of the year can turn the volume up, can’t it?
There’s the busyness.
The family dynamics.
The expectations.
The pressure to make things lovely.
The reflections on the year gone by.
The thoughts about what we did, what we didn’t do, and what might be coming next.
And when life feels loud, it can look like calm is something we’ll only find once everything settles down.
Once the to-do list is finished.
Once everyone else is okay.
Once Christmas is organised.
Once the new year begins.
Once life finally gives us a bit of breathing room.
But what if calm isn’t dependent on the chaos disappearing?
In this session, Sarie will gently explore how calm is not something we have to create by controlling everything around us, but something we can begin to notice within us, even when life is busy, messy, emotional, or full.
We’ll look at why chaos can feel so consuming when we’re caught up in thought, and what begins to shift when we see that there is a steadier place underneath all the noise.
This isn’t about becoming perfectly peaceful or never getting swept up.
It’s about understanding that calm has not gone anywhere.
Even at the end of the year.
Even in the middle of the noise.
Even when life feels full to the brim.
There is still a quiet, steady ground inside you.
And this month, we’ll gently look towards that.
