Supporting Individuals and Practitioners to explore The Three Principles.

Life Is Not Meant To Be Difficult

Every year, I teach thousands of people what it means to accept and embrace the things that make us human. Understanding how our thoughts create our feelings leads to a powerful return to a healthy, happy mind.

We are all capable of experiencing worry and overwhelm. Without understanding, this begins to restrict our positive experiences of the world around us.

Don't waste any more time looking in the wrong direction for change.

I remember what it was like to

 ✨Suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, overwhelm and overthinking;

 ✨Feel like you're the only person who feels like this;

 ✨Be frightened that if you share your thoughts, people will think you're crazy;

 ✨Have battled against your anxiety for years;

 ✨Know there's a better, brighter world out there but feel like it's out of reach;

 ✨Feel like you're stuck this way forever.

But I want you to know:

You are not stuck like this.

You are not alone.

You, too, have the power to change.

    Sarie helped me enormously to get into my role of Joanna Hepworth in series 3 of Happy Valley. We spent time discussing Joanna's addiction and dependence on diazepam and also, delved deeper in to the anxiety she has from her circumstances, being both isolated and in a domestic violent relationships. Sarie's tips and advice helped me to fully understand and envision Joanna's emotional state and opened my eyes to the daily struggles that many experience in real life too. Thank you Sarie x

    There's so much I could say about this brilliant woman,

    Sarie came in to my life just at the right moment. I was on a downward spiral into really bad post natal depression. I was a new mum in my 40s, and I was struggling,. I've had therapy in the past but Sarie was different. It instantly felt like I was chatting to my best mate. She was friendly, warm, approachable, and to the point. She helped me change my way of thinking. And I can't ever thank her enough for what she's done for me.

    From the very beginning, Sarie made me feel heard, supported, and understood. Her genuine interest in my work and passion for helping myself and others was evident from the start, and her positive attitude and enthusiasm have been a constant source of encouragement for me.

    One of the things I appreciate most about working with Sarie is that she creates a safe and non-judgmental space for me to share my thoughts, feelings, and challenges. This has been a life saver, literally over the past 12 months especially as I was going through some personal health issues, Sarie has been a rock, there literally is nothing I can’t talk to her about whether it is personal or professional.

Finding Joy

It can be difficult to find happiness when our minds are preoccupied with unease and distress.
