Overwhelm: Understand & Reduce is our FREE five day Challenge to help you get to grips with the thoughts and feelings behind overwhelm and anxiety, so that you can begin to understand and reduce these to allow you more freedom from your mind.

Every day for 5 days, we'll hold a live session at 7pm (UK time) from Monday to Friday during Challenge week, and there will be a FREE bonus LIVE 60 minute masterclass held the following Monday at 7pm (UK time) to complete the Challenge and make sure you get the most from your free time with us!

Don't worry if you miss the live calls, we'll send them all to you so you can catch up over the  AND you'll receive your Masterclass link on Monday so you can join us live for that! 

 

What is included in the Free OUR 5 Day Challenge?

Frequently Asked Questions

If you've got questions, I've got answers!

Can I take part a second time?

Absolutely! Even if you've already done the Challenge, many people come back and do it again and again! And this time, we're running through the challenge with you each day, so you'll get EVEN more from it alongside us!

What if I miss a day?

Absolutely no need to worry - the replays are sent to you each day for five days and you'll have the weekend to catch up before the LIVE Masterclass on the Monday following the week of the Challenge.

What if I can't make it to the live videos each day?

Joining us live isn't mandatory at all! If you can make the live calls, fabulous, but we don't expect everyone to make them all! They're a bonus and there for if you have any questions for us to help you get the most from your content.

What do I need to do? I'm shy!

You can join us on the live calls without having to "take part" - we're quite happy for you to sit quietly!!  You might still learn loads from the questions others are asking, and you can ask a question anonymously by dropping me an email! There is no pressure here! If you can't make the live calls, you'll be sent the replay!
